​Lynn joined the Friends of the Massachusetts Veterans Memorial Cemetery at Agawam in January of 2024 after learning of the organization at the Wreaths Across America event.  Lynn’s husband passed away in May of 2023 and is buried at the cemetery. Lynn was looking for volunteer work that would be meaningful to her and The Friends seemed like the perfect fit.  

At the first general meeting of 2024, Lynn signed up to be the Volunteer Coordinator and Youth Volunteer Coordinator.  Lynn has coordinated volunteers for the Big E, Benefit Concert, Wreaths Across America Convoy, Wreaths Across America and the Headstone Cleaning project at the Cemetery, as well as the Agawam Concert Series. She also volunteered at each of these events herself.  Lynn also served on the Golf Tournament Committee and the Policy Committee.

Lynn is currently serving as Secretary for The Friends.
