The Big E Military Appreciation Day- September 18, 2026

The Friends of the MA Veterans Memorial Cemetery at Agawam joined other veteran related organizations for Military Appreciation Day at The Big E. Military Appreciation Day honors the brave men and women who serve, and have served, in the United States Armed Forces.

Active-duty service members and their dependents, retired military personnel, and veterans received free admission to the Fair on Friday.

To all heroes in uniform, past and present: thank you for your service, we salute you!

The Department of Veterans Affairs hosted a 100-foot information tent on the Avenue of States, offering details on health care and other military service benefits.
