2025 Calendar of Events
The Friends General Meetings:
The public is welcome to attend our general meetings to learn about what we do, our accomplishments and volunteering with "The Friends".
Our general meetings are on the third Wednesday of March, June and September. Attend for a chance to win a free door prize! We're also welcoming the public to share memories of veterans you've known or your own experiences while serving in the U.S. military.

First Annual GOLF Tournament!
The Friends of the MA Veterans Memorial Cemetery at Agawam & Friends of the Agawam Veterans Council will be holding their First Annual Golf Tournament to support Wreaths Across America!
We have reached the maximum number of golfers!

September 17 General Meeting
Nominations and Voting for 2026 Board of Directors
The next Friends of the MA Veterans Memorial Cemetery at Agawam meeting is scheduled for Wednesday, September 17th at the Agawam Senior Center, 954 Main Street.
The public is welcome to attend!
Doors open at 5:30 for the 6:00 p.m. meeting.
For easy access, enter the lower level through the back entrance.
We are now accepting nominations for the Board of Directors. The board is comprised of seven members, and self-nominations are welcome. All nominations must be submitted by the date of the meeting, or in person during the meeting.
If you are self-nominating, please provide a short bio with your submission to help members learn more about your background and interest in serving on the board.
An email with bios for members being nominated as well as the current board members will be sent to all contacts prior to the meeting. You may also use the "Contact Us" form below.
