Picnic in the Park- August 9, 2025

Members of The Friends of the MA Veterans Memorial Cemetery at Agawam attended this year's Picnic in the Park at the Morgan Road Pavilion to share information about our non-profit group.

The event was presented by the Veteran Outreach Into Community Engagement organization, and the Mathew J. Vieu Memorial Fund, Inc. with the support of several community sponsors. The picnic in the park event was free and open to the public.

This was a family-friendly event with live music, food, inflatables and dunk tanks.

The picnic provided the opportunity for VOICE and other local veteran service officers to connect veterans and their families with community groups, veteran resources and local outreach programs.
